在线健康社区青少年群体用户健康信息需求研究

目的：了解在线健康社区中青少年用户的健康信息需求及其主题的数量、分布和结构等特征，以便为有关部门的健康信息服务提供参考。方法：采用扎根理论，对爬取的在线健康社区用户生成内容进行编码，构建青少年用户健康信息需求体系；然后采用内容分析法，结合编码表对所爬取的文本内容进行量化描述。结果：身体疾病诊治、养生保健、美容形体、性和精神健康5个维度构成了青少年用户的健康信息需求体系，5个维度的健康信息需求又可以进一步细分为生殖健康等25个二级健康信息需求。一级类目中的身体疾病诊治和性相关的健康信息需求占比超过70%，精神健康信息需求占比约为7%，二级类目中的五官健康、皮肤健康、生殖健康和性发育信息需求占比超过了50%。结论：相关信息机构应进一步创新健康信息服务方式，积极开展青少年健康教育，重视面向青少年群体的心理咨询和阅读疗法等精神健康信息服务，以及性健康信息资源建设与服务，以满足青少年用户的健康信息需求。

Health information need of teenaged users in online health communities

Objective To investigate the health information need and the number, distribution, structure of its themes in order to provide reference for the health information service in related departments. Methods The generated contents captured by online health community users were coded according to the grounded theory and the health information need system was developed. The captured text contents were quantitatively analyzed by content analysis combined with the coding table. Results Content analysis showed that the health information need system of teenaged users is consisted of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, preservation and protection of health, beautification of body, sex and mental health, which can be further divided into 25 classes of secondary health information need such as reproduction health. The health information need for diagnosis and treatment of diseases and sex accounted for over 70% and that for mental health accounted for about 7% in the primary class while the health information need for 5 sense organs health, skin health, reproduction health and sex development health accounted over 50% in the secondary class. Conclusion The related information institutions should further innovate their health information service methods, carry out active health education for teenagers, pay attention to mental health information service for teenagers (mental health consultation, reading therapy, sex health information resources development, and sex health information service) in order to meet the health information need of teenaged users.
