突发公共卫生事件下图书馆公众健康信息素养教育

采用文献调研和网络调研方法调研国内外公众健康信息素养教育研究现状，对比分析突发公共卫生事件下国内外图书馆公众健康信息服务实践。结果显示，当前我国图书馆存在公众健康信息素养教育尚未形成较强的合作意识、忽略弱势群体健康需求、健康信息服务单一等问题，为针对我国图书馆开展公众健康信息素养教育提出了要建立多方合作机制、满足不同层次公众健康信息需求、提供优质的健康信息服务等建议。

Public health information literacy education in library during public health emergency

The public health information literacy education in foreign and domestic libraries during public health emergency was analyzed by investigating the current situation in foreign and domestic studies on health information literacy education by literature and network survey, which showed that the desire of collaboration between domestic libraries in public health information literacy education during public health emergency is not strong, the requirement of weak populations is neglected, and health information service is simple and unitary. Following suggestions are thus proposed for the public health information literacy education in domestic libraries, such as establishing the collaboration mechanism between different institutions, meeting the requirement of the public at different levels. and provide good health information service.
