| 摘 要： | 构建高校图书馆应急服务平台对于提高高校图书馆在重大公共安全突发事件中的应对能力具有重要意义，将多所高校图书馆在抗击新冠肺炎疫情期间取得良好效果的具体服务举措融入到应急服务信息平台建设内容中，同时提出高校图书馆应急服务体制的设计要点。建设高校应急服务信息平台，不仅是数字化时代高校图书馆的社会责任，而且能有效化解公共安全突发事件的负面影响。

| Abstract: | The important significance of building information platform for emergency service in academic libraries was summarized in order to further improve their ability to deal with the major public security emergency events. The key points for designing the emergency service system in academic libraries were proposed by integrating the effective service measures taken by a number of academic libraries in fighting against COVID-19 infection pneumonia into the building of information platform for emergency service. It can not only reflect the social responsibility of academic libraries in digital time but also eliminate the negative effect of public security emergency events to build the information platform for emergency service in academic libraries. |
