针刺联合西药对肿瘤患者镇痛作用的临床观察

目的观察不同程度疼痛症状的肿瘤患者采用针刺联合西药镇痛的临床疗效。方法将207例伴有不同程度疼痛症状的肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组106例,采用中医针刺联合西药阶梯治疗,对照组101例,单纯使用西药阶梯治疗,1周为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗后疼痛症状缓解情况及不良反应发生情况。结果对于轻度疼痛患者,显效率及总有效率方面治疗组均高于对照组,且两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;对于中度疼痛患者,显效率及总有效率方面治疗组均高于对照组,总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但显效率两组比较,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对于重度疼痛患者,显效率及总有效率方面治疗组均高于对照组,但有效率及显效率两组比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论针刺结合西药镇痛效果对于轻、中度癌痛患者疗效优于单纯西药阶梯治疗。

Clinical Observation on Analgesia Effect in Cancer Pain Treated with Acupuncture and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on analgesia with acupuncture and western medicine for the patients with cancer pain of different severities.Methods 207 cases were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,106 cases in each one.For 106 cases in treatment group,acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine and step therapy in western medicine was adopted.For 101 cases in control group,only step therapy in western medicine was used.All the cases in two groups were treated for 1 week as 1 session.The pain relieving situation and adverse reaction were observed after treatment in two groups.Results For the patients with mild pain,the remarkably effective rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in control group,presenting statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.05 or P<0.01).For the patients with moderate pain,the remarkably effective rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in control group.The statistical significant difference presented in the total effective rate between two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the remarkably effective rate in comparison(P>0.05).For the patients with serious pain,the remarkably effective rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in control group.There were no statistical significant differences in either the total effective rate or the remarkably effective rate in comparison of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy on analgesia treated with acupuncture and western medicine is superior to that with simple step therapy of western medicine for the patients with mild and moderate cancer pain.
