疏肝散结汤治疗胆石病的疗效观察

目的观察疏肝散结汤治疗胆石病的临床疗效。方法收集在馆陶县人民医院中医科门诊就诊并确诊的胆道结石患者404例,治疗组212例给予口服疏肝散结汤,对照组192例给予口服排石颗粒,疗程均为2个月,1个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组显效129例,有效67例,无效16例,总有效率92.5%;对照组显效39例,有效67例,无效86例,总有效率55.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组212例患者中包括胆囊结石组114例,胆管结石组51例,肝内胆管结石组47例,治疗后胆囊结石组显效70例,有效36例,无效8例;胆管结石组显效30例,有效16例,无效5例;肝内胆管结石组显效29例,有效15例,无效3例。三组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论疏肝散结汤治疗各类型胆道结石疗效均显著,不同类型的胆道结石用疏肝散结汤治疗疗效无明显差异。

Efficacy Observation of Shugan Sanjie Decoction for the Treatment of Biliary Tract Calculi

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shugan sanjie decoction on biliary tract calculi.Methods 404 outpatients who were treated and diagnosed as biliary tract calculi were collected from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guantao County People’s Hospital.In a treatment group,212 cases were treated with shugan sanjie decoction for oral administration.In a control group,192 cases,paishi granules were prescribed for oral administration.The treatment lasted for 2 months as one session.The efficacy was assessed in one session of treatment.Results In the treatment group,129 cases were remarkably effective,67 cases effective and 16 cases failed;the total effective rate was 92.5%.In the control,39 cases were remarkably effective,67 cases effective and 86 cases failed.The total effective rate was 55.2%.The difference was statistically significant in the comparison between two groups(P<0.05).Of 212 cases in the treatment group,the three subgroups were divided,named 114 cases of gallstones,51 cases of biliary duct stones and 47 cases of stones in intrahepatic bile duct.After treatment,of 114 cases of gallstones,70 cases were remarkably effective,36 cases effective and 8 cases failed;of 51 cases of biliary duct stones,30 cases were remarkably effective,16 cases effective and 5 cases failed;of 47 cases of stones in intrahepatic bile duct,29 cases were remarkably effective,15 cases effective and 3 cases failed.There was no statistical significant difference in the comparison of these three subgroups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan sanjie decoction is significantly effective in the treatment of various kinds of biliary tract stones.The difference is not significant in the efficacy of it on the discharge of the various billiary tract stones.
