舒胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠胃排空、胃动素和P物质表达的影响

目的观察舒胃汤对功能性消化不良（FD）大鼠胃排空、胃动素（MTL）和P物质（SP）表达的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用不规则喂养配合夹尾刺激法制作大鼠FD模型,随机分成对照组、模型组、舒胃汤高剂量组、舒胃汤低剂量组、多潘立酮组、木香顺气组六组,连续给药14 d后,用放射免疫法检测血浆SP水平,免疫组化法检测胃窦MTL阳性表达,以酚红法观察胃排空。结果与对照组相比,模型组胃排空和血浆SP水平显著降低,胃窦组织MTL阳性表达显著降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与模型组相比,舒胃汤高剂量组、木香顺气组及多潘立酮组胃排空和SP水平、MTL表达显著升高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒胃汤可能通过提高MTL表达、SP水平来促进胃排空,是其治疗FD的作用机制之一。

Effect of Shuwei Decoction on the Expression of Gastric Emptying,Motilin and Substance P in Rats with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the effects of shuwei decoction on gastric emptying,motilin（MTL）and substance P（SP）in the rats with functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods The irregularly feeding and clip tail stimulation method were adopted to set up FD models.Randomly,6 groups were divided,named a blank group,a model group,a high-dose shuwei decoction group,a low-dose shuwei decoction group,a domperidone group and a muxiang shunqi group.Medication was administered continuously for 14 days.Afterwards,the radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma SP level.Immunohistochmical method was applied to detect antrum MTL positive expression.Phenolsu1fonphthalein method was adopted to observe gastric emptying.Results Compared with normal group,the content of SP and gastric emptying were significantly reduced and the positive expression of MTL in the antrum decreased significantly in model group,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.05）.Compared with model group,the gastric emptying,SP content and MTL expression increased significantly in high-dose group,muxiang shunqi group and domperidone group,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Shuwei decoction promotes gastric emptying probably through improving MTL expression and SP content,which is one of the mechanisms on FD in treatment.
