中医治疗脱发的历史沿革

中医治疗脱发历史悠久,古代文献中早有相关记载。秦汉至隋朝时期,对脱发病因病机已有初步认识。中医学认为主要病因是自身体虚及风邪侵袭,主要病机是肝肾不足,气血虚衰;唐至明朝时期,主要以血论治,运用补益气血、清热养阴、祛风除湿等多种方法治疗,在此时期开始出现治疗脱发的专方;清朝至新中国成立之前,各医家在总结完善前人观点的基础上,更提出了血瘀致脱发的新观点;新中国成立以后,脱发治疗方法南北各异,北方注重清热祛风润燥,南方注重清热利湿,因人、因地制宜,灵活用药施治。

Historical Evolution on Hair Loss in Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine has long history in treatment of hair loss,which had been early recorded in ancient literatures. From Qin Han dynasties to Sui dynasty, the preliminary understanding on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease had been formed. Chinese medicine believes that the main etiolo- gy is the deficiency of human body and invasion of pathogenic wind, and the main pathogenesis includes liver and kidney insufficiency and qi and blood deficiency. From Tang dynasty to Ming dynasty, blood theory was involved in the treatment and there were many therapeutic methods such as tonifying qi and blood, clearing heat and nourishing yin, eliminating wind and damp. Since this era, the specific formulas for the treatment of hair loss were generated. From Qing dynasty till the founding of People＇s Republic of China, on the basis of summarization of the views of the predecessors, every medical scholar proposed the new idea and thought hair loss was caused by blood stagnation. Since the founding of People＇s Republic of China, there were differences in the treatments between the south and the north. The school in the north stressed on clearing heat, removing wind and moistening dryness and that in the south paid attention to clearing heat and eliminating dampness. The medication is flexible in terms of individual and geographic factor.
