颅内肿瘤术后CT随访的临床评价

目的　评价颅内肿瘤术后CT随访的临床意义。方法　回顾性分析 12 4例颅内肿瘤术后的CT检查和临床资料。结果　颅脑肿瘤术后的CT表现与手术后时间的长短、肿瘤的部位和性质密切相关。主要CT表现包括 :早期术后反应 17例 ,肿瘤残余 3 6例 ,局部复发 2 4例 ,术后脑软化伴局限性脑萎缩 42例 ,放射性脑病 3例 ,脑脊膜膨出 2例。结论　颅内肿瘤术后CT随访可认识脑组织术后的正常演变 ,及时判断术后有无肿瘤残余、复发或其他并发症。对照放射治疗评价疗效和预后

The Clinical Value of Postoperative CT Examination of Intracranial Tumor

Objectives To evaluate the utility of follow-up CT examination of postoperative patients with intracranial tumor. Methods The findings of CT and the clinical data of 124 postoperative patients with introcranial tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results The findings of CT of postoperative patients with intracranial tumor were related to the days after operation, the location and characteristic of the tumor. The main manifestation of CT included: 17 cases of early postoperative reaction, 36 cases of tumor remains, 24 cases of tumor recurrence, 42 cases of cerebromalacia complicated localized cerebral atrophy, 3 cases of radiation encephalopathy, 2 cases of meningocele. Conclusions The follow-up CT examination of postoperative patients with intracranial tumor plays more important roles in finding the general changes of brain tissue after operation. It help judge whether there are tumor remains, recurrence and other complications. Meanwhile, it help evaluate the curative effect and prognosis compared with radiotherapy.
