精神医学学生一般自我效能感与社交焦虑的相关关系

目的了解精神医学专业学生一般自我效能感和社交焦虑现状,并探讨两者之间的相关关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表（GSES）和社交苦恼与回避量表（SAD）对安徽省某医学院137名精神医学专业本科学生进行测量。结果精神医学专业学生一般自我效能感随年级不同而不同,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,低年级组一般自我效能感高于高年级组;而一般自我效能感在性别、城乡、是否独生子女、是否学生干部维度无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。社交焦虑在年级和是否兼职维度存在统计学差异（P均〈0.05）,低年级组社交焦虑高于高年级组,未兼职学生的社交焦虑高于兼职学生。而社交焦虑在性别、年龄、城乡、是否独生子女、是否学生干部各维度均未发现具有统计学差异（P〉0.05）。精神医学专业学生一般自我效能感与社交焦虑呈显著负相关（r=-0.518,P〈0.01）,一般自我效能感越高社交焦虑越低。结论精神医学专业学生一般自我效能感随年级不同而不同,社交焦虑随年级、是否兼职不同而不同。精神医学专业学生一般自我效能感对社交焦虑存在预测作用。

The Correlation between General Self-efficacy and Social Anxiety in the Students from Psychiatry Department

Objective To observe the status of general self-efficacy and social anxiety in students of Psychiatry department,and investigate the correlation between them.Methods 137 students of Psychiatry department in Medical College of Anhui province were selected with random.The General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES） and Social Distress and Avoidance scale（SAD） were used.Results There was significant difference of General Self-efficacy in different grade（P0.01）.As the grade decreased,the level of General Self-efficacy increased.There was no significant difference of General Self-efficacy in the dimension of gender,urban or rural areas,singleton or not,as well as student leader or not（P0.05）.There was significant difference of Social Distress in different grade and whether done part-time job or not（P0.05）.The level of Social Distress was higher in lower grade and the student who did part-time job.There was no significant difference of Social Distress in the dimension of different grade,gender,urban or rural areas,singleton or not,as well as student leader or not（P0.05）.There were significant negative correlation between General Self-efficacy and Social Anxiety in students of Psychiatry department（r=-0.518,P0.01）.Conclusion There was significant difference of General Self-efficacy in different grade.There was significant difference of Social Distress in different grade and whether done part-time job or not.General self-efficacy had significant prediction on social anxiety in students of Psychiatry department.
