| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析和研究放射科医疗纠纷的原因,提高放射科医疗纠纷的防范能力。方法回顾性分析近15年来放射科发生的63起医疗纠纷,用自制表格归纳整理数据,根据纠纷的发生时间、原因、责任人等,分别计算各自的发生率。并对其进行分析、讨论。结果 2002年以前（10年）发生26起（41.1%）,2003年以后（4年）发生37起（58.9%）。引起纠纷的原因,依次为医疗质量32起（50.8%）、服务态度15起（23.8%）、收费问题10起（15.9%）、科室管理3起（4.8%）、其他3起（4.8%）。责任人依次为初级人员35起（55.6%）、中级人员15起（23.8%）、登记人员10起（15.9%）、高级人员5起（7.9%）。结论放射科医疗纠纷应以医疗质量为核心,提高医疗和诊断质量。以人为本为根本,良好的服务可以避免大多数医疗纠纷的发生。
