| 摘 要： | 目的对是否中医特色社区卫生服务中心运营与服务状况进行比较,为国家有关部门制定相关中医药参与社区卫生服务的政策提供参考依据。方法 2008年调查以中医治疗为主和以西医治疗为主的不同类别的社区卫生服务中心。结果中医特色社区卫生服务中心财政补助不高,但是服务提供和利用好,人均住院费用降低。20052007年,中医特色社区卫生服务中心每千人口年出院人次数的年平均增长率为5.39%,西医社区平均增长率为-6.10%。从结果可以看出,中医社区每千人口出院人次数增长速度明显高于西医社区,西医社区每千人口出院人次数呈现负增长。从结果可以看出,2006年中医特色社区卫生服务中心的均方值略低于西医社区的均方值。结论继续加强财政投入,提高服务功能。同时希望不同特色社区卫生服务中心要加强社区健康管理,努力提高居民健康水平,总体控制医疗总费用。
