腹腔镜下子宫恶性肿瘤根治术患者及其配偶术前焦虑状况

目的了解腹腔镜下子宫恶性肿瘤根治术患者及其配偶术前焦虑情况,为手术前实施针对性的指导提供依据。方法将志愿参加本研究并符合入组条件的患者及其配偶分为患者组（20例）和配偶组（20例）,在患者接受腹腔镜下子宫恶性肿瘤根治术前,采用Zung焦虑自评量表调查两组术前焦虑情况。结果患者组焦虑分值46.31±6.98,配偶组焦虑分值43.08±9.05,两组焦虑分值均显著大于常模分值29.78±10.07,而两组间无统计学差异。结论腹腔镜下子宫恶性肿瘤根治术患者及配偶术前普遍存在显著的焦虑,术前对患者及其配偶进行心理指导非常必要。

Preoperative anxiety level of uterine cancer patients before laparoscopic radical surgery and their spouses

Objective To observe the anxiety level of uterine cancer patients before laparoscopic radical surgery and their spouses in order to provide preoperative evidence for psychological guidance.Methods Twenty patients with uterine cancer and 20 spouses were enrolled in this study.Their anxiety level was assayed according to the Zung self-rating anxiety scale before laparoscopic radical surgery.Results The anxiety level was 46.31%±6.98% and 43.08%±9.05%,respectively,for the patients and their spouse（P0.05）,higher than the normal level（29.78%±10.07%）.Conclusion Anxiety is generally significant in uterine cancer patients and their spouses before laparoscopic radical surgery.It is thus necessary to provide psychological guidance for them.
