诊断性刮宫对围绝经期及绝经后阴道出血诊断的意义

目的探讨诊断性刮宫对于围绝经期及绝经后阴道不规则出血诊断的价值。方法对1999年6月-2009年6月间,我院门诊及病房6868例患者的临床资料作回顾分析。结果 6868例围绝经期及绝经后不规则阴道出血患者中,送检物病理检查结果示,非典型增生404（5.88%）例、癌220（3.20%）例、复杂性增生220（3.20%）例、炎症1322（19.25%）例、功能性子宫出血4702（68.46%）例。结论诊断性刮宫对于围绝经期及绝经后阴道不规则出血的诊断、病因鉴定及预后判断等具有决定性。

Value of uterine curettage for the diagnosis of perimenopausal and menopausal irregular vaginal bleeding

Objective To explore the value of uterine curettage for the diagnosis of perimenopausal and menopausal irregular vaginal bleeding.Methods Clinical data on 6 868 out-and in-patients with perimenopausal and menopausal irregular vaginal bleeding in our hospital from June 1999 to June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Pathological examination showed atypical hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia,inflammation,and functional uterine bleeding in 404（5.88%）,220（3.20%）,1 322（19.25%）,and 4 702（68.46%） out of the 6 868 patients with perimenopausal and menopausal irregular vaginal bleeding.Conclusion Uterine curettage has an important value for the diagnosis of perimenopausal and menopausal irregular vaginal bleeding.
