| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实时超声引导下经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术(PTCD)在阻塞性黄疸外科手术前准备治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 82例患者分为介入治疗与保守治疗两组,介入治疗组38例在实时超声引导下行PTCD术,保守治疗组44例采用常规保肝支持治疗。结果介入治疗全部穿刺成功,10天后复查肝功能显示介入治疗组总胆红素(TBI)及直接胆红素(DBI)显著下降,治疗效果明显优于保守治疗组。结论超声引导下PTCD是阻塞性黄疸外科手术前准备的简便、安全、有效的治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD) guided by real-time ultrasound in preparation treatment before surgery for obstructive jaundice.Methods 82 patients with obstructive jaundice were divided into group A(38 patients with PTCD) and group B(44 patients with conventional treatment).PTCD guided by real-time ultrasound was performed for patients in group A and patients in group B were given conventional liver support treatment.Results All cases of group A were successfully treated in single puncture,total bilirubin(TBI) and direct bilirubin(DBI) decreased significantly 10 days after PTCD,respectively.The results of group A is significantly superior to that of group B.Conclusion PTCD guided by real-time ultrasound is an effective,safe and simple preparation treatment before obstructive jaundice surgery. |
