舒糖宝对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响

摘    要:目的研究舒糖宝复方口服液及其原料对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法将小白鼠分为正常组、治疗1组、治疗2组、阳性对照组、模型组,共五组。后四组用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射造模。造模成功后,治疗1组用舒糖宝复方口服液灌胃治疗,治疗2组用番石榴果提取液灌胃治疗,阳性对照组用盐酸二甲双胍治疗,模型组灌等量蒸馏水。测定造模前、造模后和治疗后血糖含量。结果阳性对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组、模型组和正常组,造模前血糖分别为(7.47±1.31)、(6.48±0.52)、(6.38±0.99)、(6.81±0.54)、(6.72±0.89)mmol/L(F=0.47,P=0.75);造模后72h血糖分别为(11.17±3.13)、(10.16±3.24)、(10.88±4.25)、(12.24±4.43)、(5.18±0.58)mmol/L(P<0.01);治疗后血糖分别为(9.02±0.98)、(7.90±1.49)、(6.54±0.61)、(10.69±4.83)、(6.09±0.57)mmol/L(P<0.01)。造模后血糖明显高于造模前(P<0.01),治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论造模后血糖明显升高,治疗后明显下降。舒糖宝对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠具有显著降糖作用。

Abstract:Objective To assess the effects of Shutangbao compound syn' and its raw materials on blood glucose in mice with diabetes mellitus induced by alloxan. Methods The mice rolled in this study were divided into five groups: normal control group, treated group 1, treated group 2, positive-control group, model group. Mice in the latter four groups were injected alloxan intra- peritoneally. After the diabeitc models were established, the treated group 1 received Shutangbao compound syrups gastric perfusion, the treated group 2 received Psidium guajava extract fluid gastric perfusion, positive- control group were given Metformin hydrochloride, the model group were given equal dose of still water gastric perfusion. The levels of blood glucose were measured before and after diabetes mellitus was established, and after any treatment was completed. Results Before the diabetic models were established, levels of blood glucose in positive-control group, the treated group 1, the treated group 2, model group and the normal group were (7.47±1.31), (6.48±0.52), (6.38±0.99),(6.81±0.54),(6.72±0.89) mmol/L (F = 0.47, P = 0.75), respectively. 72 hours after diabetes mellitus was established, levels of blood glucose in the five above- mentioned groups were (11, 17 ± 3.13), ( 10.16± 3.24), (10.88±4.25), (12.24±4.43), (5.18 ±0. 58) mmol/L ( P 〈0.01). Levels of blood glucose after treatment were (9.02±0.98), (7.90 ±1.49), (6.54 ±0. 61), (10.69±4.83), (6.09±0.57) mmol/L ( P 〈0.01). Blood glucose in mice after diabetes mellitus was established was higher than. those before diabetes mellitus was established ( P 〈0.01). Blood glucose after treatment was lower than those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion Blood glucose in diabetic mice elevated significantly, and decreased obviously after treatment. Shutangbao can down - regulate blood glucose in mice with diabetes mellitus produced by alloxan.
