应用RT－PCR检测丙肝病毒246例分析

用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ（逆转录聚合酶链反应）扩增丙型肝炎病毒５′端非编码（５′ＮＣＲ）序列，２４６例肝炎患者中ＨＣＶＲＮＡ（丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸）阳性者４５例，阳性率１８．３％（４５／２４６），凡阳性者用酶联免疫法测抗－ＨＣＶ（抗丙型肝炎病毒抗体），其中２４例测到抗－ＨＣＶ，阳性重叠率５３．３％（２４／４５），用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ法检测ＨＣＶＲＮＡ，能在抗－ＨＣＶ转阳以前检出ＨＣＶＲＮＡ，更早地确诊丙型肝炎。

THE APPLICATION OF RT-PCR METHOD IN DETECTING HCV FOR CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS

RT-PCR method was applied in detecting HCV-RNA by way of amplifying HCV 5'NCR sequence. 246 cases with hepatitis were, examined in this study and among them 45 cases were HCV-RNA positive,about 18,3% of the total.These 45 positive cases were also tested with ELISA,a presently common way for the diagnosis of Hepatitis C, to detect the antibody to HCV and the positive rate this time was only 24/45,The result of the study suggested that the RT-PCR method was more sensitive than the ELISA method to HCV detection and could be employed for better clinical diagnosis.
