透明质酸层粘蛋白测定对肝纤维化的诊断价值

目的 :寻找肝纤维化敏感可靠的血清学指标。方法 :对 2 87例各型肝病 (1 3 6例肝硬化 ,80例慢性活动性肝炎和 71例慢性迁延性肝炎 )检测血清透明质酸 (HA)和层粘蛋白 (L N) ,并与 2 0 0例健康对照组作对照研究。结果 :肝硬化、慢性活动性肝炎病人的血清 HA、L N水平明显高于慢性迁延性肝炎及正常人 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;肝硬化病人血清 HA和 L N水平又显著高于慢性活动性肝炎 (P<0 .0 1 ;P<0 .0 5 )而慢性迁延性肝炎病人的血清 HA和 L N水平与正常人相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清 HA、LN对慢性肝炎的诊断、疗效的评价和预后的预测具有临床价值。

HTE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF SERUM HA AND LN DETERMINATION IN PATIENTS WITH LIVER FIBROSIS

Objective: To establish a sensitive and reliable approach for the serum marker in liver fibrosis. Method: Determination of serum HA and LN was performed in 287 cases of various hepatic disorders (136 cases of LC, 80 of CAH and 71 of CPH). The results were compared with those from 200 healthy volunteers. Results:The levels of serum HA and LN determination in the LC and CAH groups were significantly higher than those in the CPH and the control groups(P<0.01). HA and LN determination in the LC group was obviously higher than that in the CAH group(P<0.01;P<0.05). No significant differences were notice between the CPH and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Serum HA and LN determination is effective for the diagnosis, evaluation of treatment and prognosis of chronic hepatitis.
