喜炎平治疗手足口病的疗效观察

目的:探讨喜炎平治疗婴幼儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选取2008年5月～2010年10月收治的手足口病患儿100例,随机分为治疗组和对照。治疗组50例患儿给予喜炎平5～10mg/(kg.d)静脉输注,对照组50例患儿给予利巴韦林10～15mg/(kg.d)静脉输注。观察治疗后临床症状及体征的变化并进行分析对比。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组体温恢复及皮疹消退时间对比,治疗组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病疗效确切,应作为临床上治疗手足口病的优选药物之一。

Therapeutic effects of Xiyanping injection on hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective: To discuss clinical efficacy of Xiyanping injection on hand-foot-mouth disease in infants.Methods:A total of 100 infants with hand-foot-mouth diseases admitted to our department from May 2008 to October 2010 were divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=50) randomly.The treatment group was given intravenous infusion of(5-10) mg/kg·d Xiyanping,while the control group was given intravenous infusion of(10-15) mg/kg·d of ribavirin.Clinical effects and the change of physical signs after the treatment were observed for analysis and comparison.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group showed significant better outcomes regarding to time for temperature coming back to be normal and rash subsidence(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xiyanping injection has good therapeutic effects on hand-foot-mouth disease,and ca be adopted as one of the priorities for treatment of this disease.
