急性白血病化疗后不同时期应用粒细胞集落刺激因子的疗效对照研究

目的：研究急性白血病化疗后不同时期应用粒细胞集落刺激因子（G—CSF）的疗效。方法：选取2010年9月～2013年7月本院收治的80例急性白血病化疗患者为研究对象，将其根据G—CSF应用时间分为A组（化疗后48h应用组，20例）、B组EANC值（1．0～1．4）×10^9／L时应用组，20例、C组ANC值（0．5～0．9）×10^9／L时应用组，20例和D组（ANC值〈0．5×10^9／L时应用组，20例，比较4组患者ANC值达到≥1．5×10^9／L的时间、G—CSF应用时间及口腔溃疡发生率。结果：A组ANC值达到≥1．5×10^9／L时间、G—CSF应用时间均短于B组、C组及D组，B组则短于C组及D组，C组则短于D组；A组总的1：7腔溃疡发生率低于B组、C组及D组，B组则低于C组及D组，C组则低于D组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：急性白血病化疗后应及早应用G—CSF，化疗后48h的应用效果相对更好。

Effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor at different application time after chemotherapy on patients with acute leukemia

Objective. To compare the effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（G-CSF）at different application time after chemotherapy on patients with acute leukemia. Methods. A total of 80 patients with acute leukemia who were treated with G-CSF in our hospital from September 2010 to July 2013 were selected as research object. Based on the application time of G-CSF, they were divided into group A （application at 48 h after chemotherapy group） （n=20）, group B -application with ANC （1.0-1.4）×10^9/ L] （n=20）, group C application with ANC（0. 5-0. 9）×10^9/L] （n=20） and group D（application with ANC〈0.5×10^9/L）（n=20） . The time when ANC reached ≥ 1.5 ×10^9/L, application time of G-CSF and dental ulcer rate of two groups were compared. Results. The time when ANC reached ≥ 1.5×10^9/L, application time of G-CSF were as follows., group A〈group B〈group〈group D （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions.The patients with acute leukemia should be treated with G-CSF as soon as possible, and the application effect at 48 h after chemotherapy is relatively better.
