摘    要:【目的】探讨微丝在4种不同细胞内的形态分布。【方法】体外培养人胃低分化粘液腺癌(MGC80 3)细胞系、人肝癌(SMMC772 1)细胞系、原代培养人皮肤成纤维细胞(HSF)和大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC) ;用考马斯亮蓝显示四种细胞内的微丝,通过光学显微镜观察微丝分布的状态。【结果】MGC80 3细胞系和人肝癌SMMC772 1细胞系内,微丝较细且均匀分布,原代培养的HSF和MSC细胞内微丝较为粗大,分布不均匀。【结论】微丝分布与细胞的粘附状态和细胞形态有密切关系。

Abstract:To observe microfilament distribution in four kinds of cultured cells.MGC80-3 cell line,SMMC7721 cell line,primary cultured human skin-derived fibroblasts and Rat marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were cultured in vitro.The microfilaments were observed with Coomassie Blue R 250 by light microscopy.The microfilaments were short and thin in MGC80-3 cell line and SMMC7721 cell line,but long and thick in fibroblasts and mesenchymal stem cells.Conclusion]The appearance of the microfilaments in cells was related with morphology and adhesion of cells.
