膀胱尿路上皮癌Fascin和C-erbB-2表达及临床意义

目的探讨Fascin和C-erb B-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌表达的相关性及临床病理意义。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测Fascin和C-erb B-2在10例膀胱癌旁粘膜及109例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达,分析表达水平与膀胱尿路上皮癌的组织学分级及临床分期等临床病理特征的关系,并分析Fascin和C-erb B-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌表达的相关性。结果 Fascin、C-erb B-2在10例癌旁粘膜组织中均不表达,在109例膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达阳性率分别为83.5%、54.1%。Fascin和C-erb B-2的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌的组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,与患者的性别及肿瘤是否多发无关。Fascin和C-erb B-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌的表达为正相关。结论推测在膀胱尿路上皮癌中Fascin和C-erb B-2具有协同作用,联合检测Fascin和C-erb B-2有助于判断膀胱尿路上皮癌的侵袭转移及预后。

Expression of Fascin and C-erbB-2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression of Fascin and C-erbB-2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its clinical pathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P was used to detect the expression of Fascin and C-erbB-2 in 10 cases of tissues near the bladder cancer and 109 cases of bladder urothelial carcinom to analyze the relationship of the expression level with the clinical pathological characteristics included the clinical staging and histological grading of bladder urothelial carcinoma and the correlation between Fascin and C-erbB-2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Results （1） Fascin and C-erbB-2 in 10 cases of tissue near the cancer were not expressed, but the expression positive rate in 109 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma were 83.5% and 54.1%, respectively. （2） The expression of Fascin and C-erbB-2 was related with histological grading, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of bladder urothelial carcinoma but they had no relation with gender and multiple tumor . （3） There was positive correlation between the expression of Fascin and C-erbB-2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Conclusion It is inferred the expression of Fascin and C-erbB-2 show synergistic effect on occurence and metatasis of bladder urothelial carcinoma , joint detection of Fascin and C-erbB-2 can help to judge the invasion and metastasis and prognosis of the bladder urothelial carcinoma.
