ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗鲍温样丘疹病的临床观察

目的 观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光治疗鲍温样丘疹病的临床疗效.方法 将2010年1月～2012年12月期间前来我院皮肤科门诊就诊的30例鲍温样丘疹病患者按随机数字表分成观察组18例和对照组12例.对照组采用CO2激光治疗,观察组采用ALA光动力联合CO2激光进行治疗,连续治疗4次,每次治疗间隔时间1周.比较两组的治疗有效率、复发率和不良反应.结果 完成治疗1月后治疗组有效率为94.44％；对照组有效率我58.33％；组间比较其差异有统计学意义(x2=5.868,P＜0.05).6个月后复查治疗组复发率为8.33％；对照组复发率为50％.组间比较其差异有统计学意义(x2=4.018,P＜0.05).结论 CO2激光联合ALA光动力治疗鲍温样丘疹病是一种疗效确切,复发率较低的新型治疗方法,具有临床推广的价值.

Clinical Observation on the effect of ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser on Bowenoid papulosis patients

Objective To observe the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） combined with CO2 laser on Bowenoid papulosis patients. Methods The Bowenoid papulosis patients in the outpatient department of dermatology Huizhou Dermatosis Hosptial were randomly divided into observation group（18 cases） and control group （12 cases）. The cases in control group was treated with CO2 laser and those in observation group were treated by ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser for 4 times with a time interval of 1 weeks. The efficiency, recurrence rate, adverse reaction in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate was 94.44% in treatment group completed the treatment after a month and that of the control group was 58.33%,showing statistically significant differences between the two groups（x2=5.868, P〈 0.05）. The recurrence rate in the observation groups 6 months after treatment was 8.33% and that of the control group was 50%, showing statistically significant differences between two groups（x＂=4.018, P〈0.05）. Conclusion LA-PDT in combination with CO2 laser is efficacious in treatment of Bowenoid papulosis cases with a curative effect and low recurrence rate and suitable for clinical appliation.
