| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻咽癌患者血浆uPA及uPAR水平变化与鼻咽癌浸润转移之间的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测鼻咽癌患者40例及对照组20例的血浆uPA及uPAR水平,并作uPA与uPAR的相关性分析。结果鼻咽癌有淋巴结及其他器官转移患者uPA、uPAR的含量分别为(2.061±0.387)ng/ml、(2.011±0.389)ng/ml,鼻咽癌无转移患者则分别为(1.468±0.295)ng/ml、(1.134±0.334)ng/ml;对照组uPA、uPAR含量分别为1.137±0.326ng/ml、0.613±0.161ng/ml。各组间比较有显著性差异(P<0·001)。uPA与uPAR存在良好正相关(P<0·001)。结论uPA、uPAR含量增高与鼻咽癌的浸润转移有密切相关,其检测有助于了解病情的进展及预后判断。
