摘    要:目的探讨在2003年SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)流行期间,曾经参加救治SARS病例的医护人员(高暴露人群)SARS冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)抗体产生情况,为防范SARS提供指导意义。方法运用酶联免疫(ELISA)方法,同时检测95例SARS患者、313例高暴露人群和90例正常对照组血清SARS病毒抗体,包括IgM和IgG。结果95例临床确诊的SARS患者IgM抗体总阳性率为91.6%,IgG抗体总阳性率为97.9%,所有高暴露人群和正常对照组抗SARS-CoVIgM和抗SARS-CoVIgG均为阴性。结论对SARS流行期间不同人群SARS病毒血清抗体检测表明,313名医护人员和90名正常健康人中,未发现隐性感染者,SARS病毒抗体检测,可以为临床诊断、预防和流行病学调查等提供指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To survey the levels of serum antibodies against SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) coronavirus in medical workers and nurses highly exposed to SARS-CoV during the prevalence of SARS in 2003 and for evidence for making preventive measures. Methods The antibodies IgM and IgG against SARS-associated coronavirus(SARS-CoV) in 95 SARS patients at different phases,313 high exposed sunjects and 90 control were detected by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA). Results The positive rates of IgM and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV were 91.6% and 97.0%.The IgG and IgM antibodies against SARS-CoV in 313 subjects highly exposed to SARS-CoV and 90 health control were negative. Conclusion The 313 medical workers highly exposed to SARS CoV and 90 controls were not infected.The detection of IgM and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV can provide reference for clinial diagnosis,prevention and expidemiological survey.
