宾阳县华支睾吸虫病流行病学分析

目的了解宾阳县华支睾吸虫病流行和危害情况。方法根据行政区划和地理特征，随机选取调查点。用醛醚集卵法粪检、用问诊和体检了解华支睾吸虫对人群感染和危害情况；用压碎法、直接压片或人工消化法检查中间宿主螺、鱼类的自然感染情况；用粪栓虫卵或剖检动物肝、胆查找成虫的方法了解保虫宿主的感染情况。结果在11个乡镇3个农场共调查14448人，人群平均感染率为24．73％，感染率成人高于儿童，男性高于女性（P〈0．01），干部高于农民和学生（P〈0．01），有35．14％的感染者出现不同程度的临床症状和体征；发现第一中间宿主3种，第二中间宿主7种；保虫宿主以家犬和猫为主。结论县境内华支睾吸虫病流行广泛，危害严重，人群感染的主要方式是吃生鱼，应加强卫生宣传教育，改变人们不良的饮食习惯。

Epidemiological survey of prevalence of clonorchiasis in Binyang County
