| 摘 要： | 测定了双氯灭痛缓释片体外溶出度及家兔体内的血药浓度．其结果表明，双氯灭痛缓释片体外溶出缓慢，１２ｈ溶出度为８６．２３％，可在家兔体内３～１４ｈ保持平稳的血药浓度，克服了普通片血药浓度的峰谷现象．

| Abstract: | The lytic release degree and blood
concentration of diclofenac sodium insustained release tablet in rabbit were determined.The
lytic release degree of diclofenacsodium in sustained release tablet was slow and 8 6.2%in
12hin vitro and the steadyconcentration of that maintained in 3 14h in rabbit.The resuIts
indicate that thediclofenac sodium in sustained release tablet avoided the appearence of peak
and throughconcentration in general tablet. |
