| 摘 要： | 2010年,房山区第一医院开展了＂提升服务品质,加快医院发展＂为主题的医院管理推动月活动。这次活动的展开,帮助医院在管理方面取得了一些成绩。本文主要介绍了医院在推动月中的具体做法和取得的成效。希望能够以此为借鉴,给其他医院管理者以参考。
