氟中毒兔的肝、肾、甲状腺和心肌的超微结构

摘    要:给兔按每日每公斤体重喂饲50mg 和100mg 氟化钠,7个月后处死,对其肝、肾、甲状腺和心肌作透式电镜观察。四种器官之主要细胞的超微结构观察发现线粒体肿胀,崤局部或全部消失,以肾脏近曲小管、肾小囊之足细胞最为严重,甲状腺上皮细胞,肝细胞次之,心肌细胞未见异常。讨论了这些改变的意义。

Abstract:After seven months administration with 10rag or 50rag sodium fluoride per day per kilogram of body weight,the liver,kidneys,thy roid gland and myo- Cardium of albino rabbits were studied under transmission electron microscope. The chief ultrastruetural changes were swelling of mitoehondria,enlargement of SER cisterns and decrease of RNA granules and RER in various organs.In discussing the mechanism of these changes, the authors are of the opinion|that fluorosis might primarily be an organelle disease which subsequently leads to a series of biochemical,pathophysical,pathological and clinical abnormalities.
