| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)隐匿性心肌缺血(SMI)患者动态血糖波动的特点及临床意义.方法:85例老年受试者分为T2DM SMI组(35例)、单纯T2 DM无SMI组(NSMI组,35例)和正常对照组(NC组,15例)3组,行72 h动态血糖监测,并对监测结果进行对比分析.结果:SMI组日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)和血糖波动系数(BGFC)均明显高于NSMI组(P＜0.05),夜间无症状低血糖发生率也明显升高(P＜0.05).结论:异常的血糖波动可能参与了老年T2DM患者SMI的发生与发展.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the greater details about the blood glucose fluctuation in senile patients with type 2 diabetic silent myocardial ischemia.Methods: 85 patients were divided into three groups:type 2 diabetic silent myocardial ischemia(n=35),type 2 diabetes(n=35) and healthy control(n=15).The fluctuating feature of the 72 hours blood glucose in three groups were compared by continuous glucose monitoring systems(CGMS).Results: In patients with silent myocardial ischemia,the mean amplitude glycemic excursions(MAGE),blood glucose fluctuant coefficient(BGFC) and incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia were significantly higher compared with patients of type 2 diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion: The blood glucose fluctuation may play an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic silent myocardial ischemia. |
