肺癌介入治疗的现状

肺癌的介入治疗近几年有了较大的发展,有经支气管动脉灌注化疗、栓塞或化疗栓塞,经皮下药盒埋置系统化疗,肺动脉灌注化疗,双介入化疗,经皮瘤体内注药等多种方法.其中经支气管动脉灌注化疗已普遍应用于临床,并取得了较好的疗效,局部注射治疗及埋入式导管药盒系统的应用也逐渐增多,但有些方法如血管栓塞目前仍处于初步应用阶段,仍有待于进一步积累经验.介入方法多与其他治疗手段结合使用,明显提高了疗效.但对于如何更有效地结合应用各种治疗方法,仍有待进一步临床应用总结.

Interventional treatment for pulmonary carcinoma

Interventional treatment of pulmonary carcinoma has developed greatly.There are bronchial arterial infusion, embolization, chemoembolization,implantable port system, pulmonary arterial infusion, double arterial infusion,local injection therapy and so on. Bronchial arterial infusion is wildly used with excellent results.Local injection therapy and implantable port system are used more and more,but some treatments such as embolization and chemoembolization are still in their infancy. Many kinds of combined therapies have been reported,which showed significant improvement of effects,but how to combine different treatment effectively is still under discussion,advanced clinical studies are necessary.
