大黄乙醇提取物的体外抗新城疫病毒作用

目的：研究大黄乙醇提取物的抗新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）作用。方法：采用体外细胞培养的方法研究大黄乙醇提取物对ＮＤＶ感染的拮抗作用。结果：２０ｇ／Ｌ剂量大黄乙醇提取物对ＢＨＫ２１细胞未有任何毒性作用；０．５ｇ／Ｌ大黄对ＮＤＶ所致ＣＰＥ有明显的抑制作用；大黄可预防ＮＤＶ感染，并对ＮＤＶ的复制动力学有明显影响。结论：大黄乙醇提取物具有明显的抗ＮＤＶ作用。

Anti-viral effect of rhubarb ethanol extract on Newcastle disease virus

Objective:To study the anti viral effect of rhub arb ethanol extract on Newcastle disease virus(NDV) in vitro.Methods:Cell culture was utilized to investi gate the anti NDV effect of rhubarb ethanol extract, including its cytoto xity, inhibition of cytopathic effect, prevention of NDV infection and the effe ct on dynamics of viral replication.Results:The extract demonstrated very low cytotoxicity, there being no cytotoxicity at all at the concent ration of 20g/L. Its inhibition effect on CPE caused by NDV was obvious at the dose of 0.5g/L, but weaker than on HSV 1. However, its direct effect on virus particles was stronger than on HSV 1.The extract could also pr e vent NDV infection and had marked effect on dynamics of replication.Conclu sion: Rhubarb eth anol extract can obviously inhibit NDV infection and has broad spectrum anti v iral effect. Therefore, rhubarb is an ideal a ntiviral drug with a very good clinical prospects.
