| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变与血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的关系。方法 选择325例2型糖尿病患者，其踝肱指数（ABI）< 0.90 的患者为下肢血管病变组（PAD组，n=115），ABI介于0.90与1.3之间（0.90≤ABI≤1.3）的患者为非PAD组 (n=186)。对ABI<0.90患者: ABI≤0.5为重症下肢缺血组(n=25),0.5 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between peripheral artery disease (PAD) and serum homocysteine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
