医学本科毕业生科研实践体验的质性研究

目的：探讨医学本科毕业生在科研实践过程中的收获及感受、遇到的问题和解决问题的建议，为提高科研实践质量提供依据。方法 运用质性研究的现象学研究方法，设计半结构式的访谈提纲，应用焦点团体访谈法，对我校完成科研项目的10名医学本科毕业生进行小组访谈，对所得资料进行质性分析。结果（1）科研实践帮助学生明确了科研要求，掌握了科研方法，培养了科学素养，提高了科研能力；（2）科研实践增强了学生对专业的理解，巩固了专业思想；（3）科研实践陶冶了学生的情感和人格，培养了合作精神和技巧；（4）多数同学感觉科研基础差、获得信息的途径匮乏、科研资源和经费不足，需得到帮助。结论 科研实践有利于提高医学本科生人才培养质量。加大投入，完善激励机制，建立大学生科研实践网站，搭建科研平台，有助于提高本科医学生科研实践质量。

Qualitative Study on Experience of Medical Graduates in Scientific Research

Objective To explore the harvest and feelings the medical graduates had in the process of scientific research, the problems they encountered and how they solved them, to provide a basis for improving the quality of scientific research.Methods Using phenomeno-logical research methods, designing a semi structured interview, applying a focus group interview to 10 medical graduates, and analyzing the data qualitatively.Results （1）The practice of scientific research help students to understand the research requirements, master the scien-tific research method, cultivate the scientific literacy and improve the ability of scientific research.（2）The practice of scientific research en-hance the students′understanding of the profession, and consolidate the professional thought.（3） The practice of scientific research cultivate the students′emotion and personality, and cultivate the spirit of cooperation and skills.（4） Most of the students feel that their research foun-dation are weak and they need information, resources and funds of scientific research.Conclusion The practice of scientific research im-proves the quality of training medical talents.Increasing investment, improving the incentive mechanism, establishing the students′scientific research practice site and setting up scientific research platform do help to improve the quality of undergraduate medical students′scientific research practice.
