| 摘 要： | 目的观察艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油用于全麻术中降压的效果。方法随机将38例病人分为两组:艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油组19例,单纯用硝酸甘油组19例,观察并比较两组降压时的血气、血液动力学的变化。结果艾司洛尔能明显加快硝酸甘油的起效速度,硝酸甘油用量可减少49%,并能抑制单用硝酸甘油降压时反射性心率加快;停止降压后血压平稳回升,RPP值下降;PaO2、BE轻微下降,与单纯用硝酸甘油组比较有显著差异。结论艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油在术中降血压有明显协同作用,无反跳现象,对动脉血气影响小。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe theeffect of hypotension induced by esmolol and nitroglycerin(NTG) on the blood gas and hemodynamics.Methods 38 patients were randomly assigned to twe groups.Group 1 with intravenous esmolol and nitroglycerin infusion(n=19),group 2 with intravenous nitroglycerin infusion(n=19).Results As compared with those in group 2,in group 1 NTG dosage decreased by 49%.The reflex heart rate augmentation was suppressed,after the discontinuance of drug,the blood pressure increased steadily,rate-pressure product value decreased and hemodynamics was stable.The changes in PaO_2 and BE was singnificantly lower in group 1 than those in group 2 (P<0.01).Conclusion Esmolol and NTG produces synergism without rebounding phenomenon with slight influence on arterial blood gas. |
