全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞在胸科手术的临床观察

目的比较全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞与单纯全身麻醉用于胸科手术的麻醉效果。方法将66例胸科手术患者随机分为观察组(A组)和对照组(B组)。A组采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞的方法,B组仅用全身麻醉。结果 A组整个麻醉过程中,HR、Bp稳定,术中全身麻醉用量小,拔管及时,患者苏醒快,且便于术后硬膜外腔镇痛。结论联合麻醉能有效减轻围手术期的应激反应,循环稳定,麻醉平稳,全身麻醉用药量少,术毕清醒快、拔管早、并发症少,有利于患者早日康复。

Clinical Observation of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia in Thoracic Surgery

Objective To compare the effect of combination anesthesia and single pure general anesthesia for thoracic surgery,.Methods 66 cases of thoracic surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(group A,n=33) and the control group(group B,n=33).Group A using the method of general anesthesia combined with epidural block,group B is general anesthesia only.Results In group A,the HR and Bp are stable,intraoperative general anesthesia in small dosage,timely extubation,regained consciousness fast and easy to postoperative epidural analgesia.Conclusion The combination anesthesia can effectively reduce the perioperative stress response,cyclic stability,stable anesthesia,general anesthesia,less medication,surgery sober fast,as early extubation,fewer complications,and is conducive to patient recovery.
