改良B-Lynch缝线术在顽固性剖宫产术中出血的应用

目的探讨改良B-Lynch缝线术在顽固性剖宫产术中出血的应用价值。方法自2007年7月～2008年6月我院对10例剖宫产术中出血的住院患者,采用常规止血方法无效时,应用改良B-Lynch缝线术治疗。结果10例患者出血均被控制。采用改良B-Lynch缝线术止血均取得满意效果,无1例切除子宫。结论改良B-Lynch缝线术是治疗顽固性剖宫产术中出血的一个行之有效的方法,对减少产后出血有重大意义。

Use of the improved B-Lynch suturing technique in the stubborn perioperative haemorrhage of cesarean section

Objective ] To explore the application of improved B-Lynch suturing technique in the stubborn hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods] The curative effect of the improved B - lynch suturing technique in 10 cases was analyzed, Who had perioperative haemorrhage during cesarean section from july 2007 to June 2008 and had no response to general treatment. Results ] The hemostatie effect of the improved B-Lynch suturing technique was ideal in all the 10 cases, hystereetomia was performed on no case. Conclusion] The improved B-Lynch suturing technique can not only control the perioperative hemorrhage of cesarean section, but also significantly decrease postpartum hemorrhage.
