| 摘 要： | 实行出院病历收集“对接”制度、病案编码“复核”制度、病案“封闭式”供应制度、病案复印“预约”邮寄模式、提升“人性化”服务理念；坚持学习培训长效机制、落实病案三级质控机制、建立病历书写激励机制，有效提高了病案管理和病历书写质量。

| Abstract: | We should implement connect system, medical record coding re-check system, medical record closed supply system, medical record copy appointment mail mode, and promote hommization service concept. We should persist training and learning long-term mechanism, implement mechanism of quality control in three levels record management, establish medical record writing incentive mechanism, finally effectively improve raedi- cal record management and the writing quality of medical record. |
