| 摘 要： | 目的探讨从病案环节上降低医疗纠纷的发生。方法分析病案管理中易产生医疗纠纷的环节及病案在医疗纠纷中的作用。结论只有重视病案管理在防范医疗纠纷中的重要作用，从病案管理易出现问题的环节入手，以法律为依据，促使病案管理早日走上法制化轨道，突出病案在防范医疗纠纷中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the reduction of the medical disputes from the angle of medical record management. Methods We analyzed the links easy to cause medical disputes and the role of the medical records. Condusions Only by paying attention to the role of medical record management in preventing medical disputes, and starting from the problems that the medical disputes appear frequently and based on the law, we can put medical record management into the orbit of legal system as early as possible, and highlight its important role in preventing medical disputes. |
