摘    要:根据病案室人性化服务的内容,从更新服务观念、转变服务手段、提高病案管理质量,提高病案利用工作质量,提升病案管理水平。使病案管理人员认识到只有改变服务理念,转变服务手段,强化病案管理信息技术质量,才能实现医院、社会和谐发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate a new management model of people-oriented service in medical records department in order to meet hospital and social demand.Methods According to the contents of people-oriented service in medical records department,discussion was conducted from updating service concept,changing service means as well as improving service quality.Results The quality of medical records usage must be enhanced for improvement of medical records management.Conclusion Only medical records administrators change service concept,change service means and strengthen information technology quality of medical records management,which is able to achieve a harmony development of hospital and society.
