| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电子病案平台下病案信息服务的模式。方法先对电子病案平台下患者对病案信息的需求进行分析,然后提出做好病案信息服务的相应措施。结果电子病案平台下病案信息服务的模式包含确保病案信息的真实性、维护病案信息中患者隐私权和建立病案信息服务＂便捷通道＂。结论病案信息服务必须与患者的需求相结合。
