加强医学国防生培养的几点思考

我国国防生培养政策是借鉴外军成熟的专业技术干部培养理念模式制定的,目前已逾十年。国防生丰富了军队专业技术干部的来源结构,拓宽了培养渠道,提高了培养效益。医学国防生作为国防生的一个重要组成部分,其培养思路、模式、方法、内容有其共性也有其特殊性。笔者通过对医学国防生数量规模、培养模式、管理体制、优势短板分析,提出我国医学国防生培养的几点建议。

The national defense student cultivation is drafted by drawing lessons from mature idea of training professional technical leader of foreign army, which is more than a decade. National defense student enriched the structure of its source of professional technical leader, extended the channel of training,improved the benefit of training. As a important part of national defense student, the idea, method, means, content of medicine national defense student cultivation is particular. Through analysis on quantity and scale, training mode, management system, superiority and shortage of medicine national defense student, the writer presents suggestions of cultivating national defense students.
