| 摘 要： | 目的采用电子化管理病案回收过程，提高病案及时回收率。方法在医院信息系统（HIS）的平台上，研发“病案回收管理系统”，实现病案回收电子化管理。结果“病案回收管理系统”可监控每份病案的回收情况，并能追踪到责任科室、医生，可自动生成各科室及时回收率报表，配合奖惩措施，我院已将病案72小时回收率不足50％提高到48小时回收率98．5％。结论电子化管理病案回收能提高病案及时回收率，是解决病案回收难的有力措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To file medical records electronically and increase the accuracy of filing medical records. Methods Based on Hospital Information System （HIS）, we researched and developed the software - ＂the System of Filing and Managing the Medical Record＂, and achieved electronic management of filing the medical records. Results ＂The System of Filing and Managing the Medical Record＂ can monitor the filing process of every medical record, track the departments and doctors related, and generate the timely reports automatically. Combining the system of rewards and penalties, we improved the filing accuracy from bdow 50% in 72 hours to 98.5% in 48 hours. Conclusions Electronic management of filing the medical records can improve the timely filing rate, which is the powerful method for filing medical records. |
