摘    要:完善病案管理,转变病案管理观念,更新病案管理模式,由坐等上门被动服务,主动深入病房与相关科室协作,提升病案管理服务质量,对重点科研项目进行病案跟踪服务,建立一套完善的信息化服务管理体系,为各类用户提供方便快捷、实用、可靠、全方位的科学服务,合理解决复印病案的要求,体现人文关怀满足社会多元性的需求。
