| 摘 要： | 本文对正常人和某些内分泌疾病患者的拇指掌指关节内侧籽骨的出现情况进行了X线观察和分析,证实该籽骨的出现遵循一定时序,正常在青春发动期出现。在性早熟时该籽骨出现时间显著提前;而在垂体性侏儒症时则出现延迟,对某些内分泌疾病具有诊断价值。

| Abstract: | X-ray observation and analysis of the time of appearance of the adductive sesamoid of thumb were made in normal subjects and patients with endocrine disorders. It was proved that normally this sesamoid appears at the onset of puberty (13-15 years old in boys and 11-13 years old in girls). However, unusual early appearance of it in sexual precocity and delay appearance in pituitary dwarf were noticed. It is recognized that normal appearance of the adductive sesamoid of thumb depends on adequate endocrine ruction and its early or delay appearance will be of value in diagnosing some endocrine disease. |
