盐酸坦索罗辛治疗早泄80例临床观察

目的评估盐酸坦索罗辛在早泄治疗中的价值。方法将㈤例早泄患者随机分为两组，对照组予单纯行为疗法，研究组在行为疗法基础上服用盐酸坦索罗辛，以阴道内射精潜伏期、患者及其配偶性生活满意度评分作为指标对两组治疗前后进行比较。结果研究组、对照组阴道内射精潜伏期治疗后均增加，患者及其配偶的性生活满意度评分均提高，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈（1，05）；治疗后研究组阴道内射精潜伏期是（6．82±2．53）min，对照组阴道内射精潜伏期为（2．58±0．46）min，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后研究组与对照组的患者性生活满意度评分分别为（13．64±1．55）分和（9．63±1．26）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗后研究组和对照组的配偶性生活满意度评分分别是（12．21±1．54）分与（8．29±1．47）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸坦索罗辛治疗早泄能有效延长阴道内射精潜伏时间，明显提高夫妻双方对性生活满意度。

Clinical Observation of Tamsuiosin in Treatment of Premature Ejaculation

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin in treatment of premature ejaculation （PE）. Methods A total of 80 patients with PE were randomly divided into control group （n = 40） and study group （n = 40）. The control group received behavior therapy, and the study group was treated with tamsulosin in addition to behavior ther apy. The intravaginal ejaculation latency,the patient and spouse sexual satisfaction score were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The intravagina eiaculation latency, the patients and their spouses＇ sexual satisfaction score after treatment were increased in both groups when compared with before treatment （P〈0. 05）. The intravaginal ejaculation latency after treatment was （6. 82 ±2.53） minutes and （2.58 ±2. 46） minutes in study group and control group respectively with significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The patients＇ sexual satisfaction score after treatment was （13.64 ＋ 1.55） and （9. 63 ± 1.26） in study group and control group respectively with significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The spouses＇ sexual satisfaction score after treatment was （12.21 ±1. 54） and （8.29± 1.47） in study group and control group respectively with significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tamsulosin in treatment of PE can effectively lengthen the intravaginal ejaculation latency,and obviously improve the sex life satisfaction of the couples.
