羰基镍急性吸入性致毒的研究

摘    要:目的:掌握不同剂量羰基镍气体吸入后不同时间段大鼠血清、脏器镍含量、血清酶及病理变化的规律,为临床诊断急性羰基镍中毒提供理论依据。方法:以20mg/m3、135mg/m3、250mg/m3羰基镍气体让受试大鼠吸入30min,24h、48h、72h、7d分别将大鼠麻醉处死,采集血液、脏器标本,测定血清镍、脏器镍、血清酶及观察脏器病理变化,并设正常对照组进行统计学分析。结果:染毒组血清镍含量升高,与对照组比较差异有显著性,且随吸入浓度增加血清镍含量逐渐升高;天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶不同程度增高;肺脏病理变化显著,主要为急性气道损伤及急性肺泡损伤。结论:羰基镍急性染毒后肺脏为首要靶器官,造成的损害与吸入剂量呈明显的剂量-效应关系。
