肝硬化患者血清同型半胱氨酸检测的临床价值

目的:探讨肝硬化患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平变化的临床价值。方法:检测85例肝硬化患者和50例健康对照血清Hcy水平、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性以及血清白蛋白(Alb)和总胆红素(TBil)浓度,并进行统计学分析。结果:肝硬化患者血清Hcy水平(18.6±5.4)μmol/L]较对照组(10.8±3.7)μmol/L]显著升高(P<0.01)。肝硬化患者Hcy水平随着Child-Pugh得分的升高而升高,各级之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。肝硬化患者治疗后Hcy水平(16.5±4.7)μmol/L]较治疗前(18.6±5.4)μmol/L]显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy水平对肝硬化患者肝功能损害程度的判断、疗效监测和预后评估有重要价值。

The Clinical Value of Serum Homocysteine Determination for Cirrhosis Patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum homocysteine(Hcy) determination for cirrhosis patients.Methods:85 cirrhosis patients and 50 healthy controls were involved in the study.We investigated serum Hcy levels,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activities and albumin(Alb) and total bilirubin(TBil) concentrations,and statistical analysis.Results:Cirrhosis patients has significantly higher serum Hcy levels(18.6±5.4)μmol/L VS(10.8±3.7)μmol/L] compared to the control group(P<0.01),Serum Hcy levels of cirrhosis patients was increase along with Child-Pugh classification increase,compared with each class were statistically significant(P<0.05),Serum Hcy levels(16.5±4.7)μmol/L VS(18.6±5.4)μmol/L]of cirrhosis patients was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy levels has an importance value for judgment the degree of liver impairment,monitoring the effectiveness of therapy and evaluation of prognosis in cirrhosis.
