老年股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者围手术期的治疗

目的：探讨老年股骨颈骨折并存糖尿病患者围手术期治疗的方法。方法：对34例老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期如何控制血糖,选择合适的手术方式以及防治术后并发症进行临床回顾性分析。结果：34例手术病人血糖控制满意且顺利度过围手术期,按Harris评分标准,术后髋关节功能优良率分别为：内固定组55.6%,人工股骨头置换组66.7%。人工全髋关节置换组84.6%,结论：对老年股骨颈骨折并存糖尿病患者,在围手术期应严重控制血糖,以减少并发症和死亡率,人工全髋关节置换手术有更好的疗效。

Peri-operative Management for Aged Patients With Femoral Neck Fracture and Diabetic Mellitus

KG*2]Objective: WT5"BZ]Our aim was to discuss the peri operative management for aged diabetic patients with femoral neck fracture. WT5 "HZ]Methods: WT5"BZ]The retrospective analysis was performed in 34 aged patie nts with femoral neck fracture and diabetic mellitus. We studied how to control blood glucose and postoperative complication during peri operative period. The surgery method was also studied. WT5"HZ]Results: WT5"BZ]The blood glucose of these 34 patients were controlled well. These patients recovered through the pe ri operative time. According to Harris' criteria, the recovering rates of the patients with internal fixation, femoral head arthroplasty, and total hip arthro plasty were 55.6%, 66.7%, and 84.6%, respectively. WT5"HZ]Conclusion: WT5" BZ]If the blood glucose was controlled in aged patients with femoral neck fractu re and diabetic mellitus, the postoperative complication and the mortality would decrease. We should choose total hip arthroplasty. WT5"HZ]
