| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解游离脂肪酸水平和妊高征的关系。方法 :对正常孕妇及妊高征孕妇分别于妊娠中期、晚期测定血中游离脂肪酸 (FFA)、白蛋白 (Alb)及其比值。结果 :妊高征组和正常妊娠组比较 ,FFA、FFA/Alb在孕中期、孕晚期均高于对照组 ,有显著差异 ;孕晚期中重度妊高征组的FFA/Alb明显高于对照组和轻度妊高征组。结论 :游离脂肪酸及其与白蛋白比值异常与妊高征发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the relationship between level of free fatty acid (FFA) and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: The contents of FFA, Alb, FFA/Alb in maternal vein of pregnancy-induced hypertension and the normal pregnant women in the second and third trimester were measured. Results:FFA, FFA/Alb in the second and third trimester were obviously higher than that of the control group. FFA/Alb level in the moderate and severe PIH were higher than those in mild PIH and control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The results suggest metabolic disorder of FFA and FFA/Alb are associated with PIH. |
