试论采用SaaS模式发展区域医疗卫生信息化

在发展区域医疗卫生信息化这一新时期，需要寻找一个适合新时期的发展模式。经过分析比较，发现沿用传统的医疗卫生信息化发展模式已不适应于新时期的发展需要，传统的“系统集成”、“合作开发”、“自主开发”三种模式不能满足区域医疗卫生信息化的服务对象、需求和信息数据来源的本质要求。结合“区域级”的特性。建议采用新型的信息化服务模式—SaaS（Software as a Service，软件即服务）模式来发展区域医疗卫生信息化：并详细阐述了SaaS模式与传统模式之间的区别。以及详细分析了SaaS模式在区域医疗卫生信息化发展中的优势、劣势和相关的解决办法。说明了SaaS模式是目前区域医疗卫生信息化发展的最佳选择之一。

Try to Discuss about Adopting SaaS to Develope Regional Medical Informationizing

During the period of performing the regional medical ＆ hygienic informitionizing, a new developing mode which can adapt to it is needed. Through analysis and comparison, it is found that the traditional developing mode has been unable to meet the need, because the three old modes “system integration”“ co-operating develop independent develop” can＇t satisfied the unlimited requirement from different service accepters, and can＇ t balanced the benefit relationship between information data source holders. According to the special feature of “regional”, we suggest that a new information service mode should be adopted （Saas, software as a service） to carry on the regional medical informationizing. Meanwhile we＇ ve detailed the difference between Saas and the traditional modes, and analyzed its advantages ＆ disadvantages as well as the related solution. Finally it is confirmed that Saas is the one of the best choices in regional medical informationizing.
